Vista Bahia is a multi storey condominium development with magnificent views overlooking the tropical blue Pacific Ocean. The development is situated on approximately seven acres of pristine Costa Rican real estate framed by coastal mountains, lush rain forest and of course, the Pacific.
With the condominium design process complete and with the approval of Setena (the Costa Rican National Environmental Office whose sole purpose is to review and evaluate environmental impact on an area) we are on track to break ground in 2012, and look forward to handing over the keys to the first units by the end of 2014.
